1. Measures to prevent skin formation:
Because the skinning affects the ventilation of the system, the resistance increases, which not only increases energy consumption, but also causes blockage when the skinning is serious, resulting in shutdown of the kiln, which is not conducive to improving the quality of cement production. Therefore, prevention of skin formation is of great significance. The measures to prevent skin formation are as follows:
(1) Reduce or avoid the use of high-sulfur and high-chlorine raw materials, which is a prerequisite for reducing skin formation.
(2) If there is a large amount of sulfur and chlorine, if it is unavoidable, it is recommended to discard part of the kiln dust to reduce the circulation of harmful components.
(3) Adopting a bypass air discharge system, that is, a part of the high-temperature flue gas at the tail end of the rotary kiln is separated by a “bypass” before the preheater, and mixed with cold air, and the “volatile substances” existing in the gas phase are condensed The fly ash is collected and discharged from the kiln system through a dust collector to reduce the circulation of harmful components.
(4) Avoid using coal with high ash content and low melting point.
2. Analysis and treatment of the cause of the decomposing system
It is generally believed that skinning is related to raw materials, fuel composition, system temperature changes, system ventilation, equipment operation and process operation factors. According to some specific conditions, through the analysis of the harmful elements in the raw materials and fuels in the cyclones of the preheater at all levels, as well as the equipment conditions, process operations and other related factors, the cause analysis of the skin formation and corresponding treatment methods are formed.
