Specification for masonry of hot blast stove top refractory bricks

1.  Before the refractory brick is built, the center line of the spherical  vault brick (or sprayed layer) should be determined according to the  center and elevation of the top hole of the furnace. In  the external combustion type hot blast stove, the center line of the  connecting pipe brick (or sprayed layer) should be determined according  to the center of the two spheres and the center of the connecting pipe  steel shell.
2.  Check the installation quality of the retaining ring before laying  bricks. The arched bricks should be built close to the fixed ring.
3.  The surface of the furnace wall under the roof of the furnace shall be  leveled according to the provisions of Table 6.1.2 of GB 50211-2014.
4.  When the top-burning hot blast stove top burner and its ring road are  built, the radius of the ring and the width of the ring should be  controlled by the center line of the top of the furnace. When  laying bricks, the outer ring working layer refractory bricks should be  built first, and then the inner ring bricks should be built. The inner  and outer rings should be alternately built. The steel plate of the top burner should be laid accurately.
5. The top of the hot blast stove should be pre-built.
6.  Combination bricks should be used for the intersection of the spherical  dome of the external combustion type hot blast stove and the connecting  pipe. When the composite brick is not used, it should be pre-built. When laying the building, the intersection should be built first.
7.  The top of the furnace is high-aluminum (or clay) plug brick and its  outer ring 1? The top of the 2 ring furnace (including the surrounding  brick) should be cast on site with high-temperature performance  refractory castable.
Standard interpretation:
1.  Determine the centerline of the spherical vault brick (or spray  coating) according to the center and elevation of the top hole of the  furnace to ensure that the expansion gap between the masonry and the  furnace shell meets the design requirements. In  the external combustion type hot blast stove, the center line of the  connecting pipe brick (or sprayed layer) should be determined according  to the center of the two spheres and the center of the connecting pipe  steel shell, which can ensure the uniform thickness of the masonry  around the connecting pipe.
2.  In order to prevent the arched brick from being displaced outward after  being heated, a fixing ring should be placed behind the arched brick. Before  the arched bricks are built, the installation quality of the retaining  rings should be checked. After the confirmation is correct, the arched  bricks should be built close to the fixed ring.
3.  In order to ensure the structural strength of the spherical ceramic  masonry, the surface of the furnace wall under the roof should be  leveled.
4. This article is a new provision. For  the Karukin top-fired hot blast stove, controlling the geometry and  size of the top burner and its loop is an important condition for  ensuring the process requirements of wind temperature, wind pressure and  air volume, so this article is added. In  order to ensure the airtightness between the burners and prevent the  mutual entanglement, the non-pound steel plates between the upper and  lower loops should be laid accurately and tightly.
5. The top of the furnace is made up of a variety of similar bricks. The thickness of the brickwork of the masonry is small. If  the pre-laying method is not used to control the masonry quality, it is  difficult to carry out masonry in a narrow construction site.
6.  The intersection of the spherical dome and the connecting pipe of the  external combustion type hot blast stove is the most complicated part of  the whole hot blast stove. The structure form and construction quality  directly affect the service life of the hot blast stove, so it is better  to use composite brick masonry. When the composite brick is not used, it should be pre-built and pre-machined to ensure the quality of the masonry.
7.  The construction of the top of the furnace is difficult, especially the  first brick of the plug brick and the outer ring. The 2 ring top  refractory brick (including the surrounding brick) is difficult to  process, the quality is not easy to guarantee, and the refractory  castable with good high temperature performance is used instead. It is appropriate.
