Especially the alkali corrosion in the form of various kiln castable kiln mouths: such as high temperature cement clinker, alkali compound, erosion of alkali volatiles in the secondary air flow, causing cracking, spalling of the lining, drying of the kiln, heating, The cooling temperature of the kiln is rapidly changed, causing the hot surface layer to burst, which affects the service life of the lining. Therefore, the use of castables is very demanding.
The original 2,500 tons of cement kiln is made of corundum kiln castables, which is prone to bursting. We have improved the kiln castables according to the user's use characteristics and field inspections. The improved kiln castables are 1500 °C. ×3h, the pressure resistance after heat treatment reaches 135Mpa, and the temperature of the kiln mouth generally fluctuates between 1100-1400 °C.
The improved kiln castable has the following advantages:
1. By adjusting the particle gradation, the density of the castable material is significantly increased, and the strength of the construction body is greatly improved.
2. The principle of “complex phase modification” of refractory material is applied, and the additive material is added to form a composite material with high alumina bauxite. Due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the two, microcracks are generated at the interface of the phase, so that it has micro The crack increases the toughness energy, thereby improving the thermal shock stability and wear resistance of the liner.
3. After adding the additive, it can improve the thermal stability of the liner, and at the high temperature, react with the alumina in the raw material to form a new mineral phase, and a protective film is formed around the aggregate to prevent the coating. The alkali and alumina further form a chemical reaction, which significantly enhances the alkali corrosion resistance of the liner.
According to our supply experience, the general 1,500-ton cement kiln kiln is about 5 tons, and the 2,500-ton cement kiln kiln is 5-8 tons, which is exactly 7.5 tons.
Therefore, when using the kiln mouth castable, do not just look at the corundum, it depends on the use conditions of the kiln mouth. It is better to select the tough material mullite castable because mullite will form a protective film around the aggregate. It is precisely adapted to the extreme cold and extreme heat erosion.
