The preforms use for the top of  tunnel kiln were generally used high-quality aggregate or high-quality high-alumina brick for aggregate and powder, Al2O3, the content should be greater than 35%. Mixing refractory concrete, the aggregate can not be mixed with limestone mixture.

Aluminate cement: 42.5 or above, preferably 625 above the cement, the mix ratio of 12% to 15%.

Aggregate: second, third bauxite clinker or first , second grade high-alumina brick and waste refractory clay brick made.

Fine aggregate size is less than 5mm; mix ratio of 30% to 40%.

Coarse aggregate particle size of 5 ~ 15mm; mix ratio of 30% to 40%.

Powder (mixed): with aggregate, particle size of less than 0.088mm of not less than 70%; with the ratio of 0 to 15%.

According to the distribution of preheating zone, high temperature zone and cooling zone of tunnel kiln, the room temperature of brick slag is gradually increased to the maximum calcination temperature of 1050, and then gradually cooled to obtain finished brick. Corresponding to the firing temperature curve and kiln car parking spaces, in the 9 parking spaces and 14 parking spaces, the temperature range of 800 ~ 980 interval, refractory concrete ceiling plate damage is more concentrated, the rest of the ceiling plate damage, the number less. In 1000 degrees of low temperature conditions did not reach sintering, the strength of the most severe decline. Need to change the material, add anti-acute hot and cold ingredients.
