1. In order to pursue the construction speed, arbitrarily increase the amount of water added for the refractory castable or the mold support is too high. This approach is also to increase the construction speed, but it will inevitably lead to the result of excessive water added and the vibration of the castable;
2. Do not support the mold and apply the castable by hand. This situation is generally used in the construction of the lining of the feed pipe, and sometimes even occurs in the construction of the cone lining of the partial preheater;
3. Poor mold strength, resulting in deformation of the lining, or an increase in the amount of water added to the castable, which affects the quality of the material;
4. In winter construction, salt or other substances are added as antifreeze, which reduces the high temperature performance of the material, or reasonable antifreeze measures are not taken during winter construction and the maintenance time is short;

5. If the bake is too fast, the castable will burst. In addition, the anchor material, shape, size, welding quality, quantity, anti-expansion treatment, water cleanliness, expansion joints, etc. are unreasonable.
