The characteristics of Electric melting AZS ramming material :

1.When the temperature is below 800 °C, the expansion is regularly increased by a coefficient smaller than the expansion coefficient of the AZS fused material, and has little relationship with the load.

2.800~1200 °C, glass phase bleed has been increased to 1200 °C, resulting in the following effects:
(a) In this temperature zone, the fused AZS series of ramming material has good moldability;
(b) The fused zirconia corundum (ZrO2 32% grade) tile and the fused AZS series ramming material both contain about 20% of the glass phase, and the two adhere well together.

3.After 1200~1300°C, after more than 1200°C, the glass phase begins to transform into mullite, the plasticity is weakened, and the material begins to change the ceramic body until the entire bottom of the pool is sintered into a sealed and undividable whole.

4.Has good resistance to glass erosion and resistance to metal penetration

5.Low foaming index and precipitation index

The key to the production of fused AZS ramming material is the pulverization of the original brick, which contains about 20% glass phase. The presence of the glass phase in the fused AZS ramming material becomes a strained material after exceeding 800 ° C. The plasticity and adhesion of the material in the temperature range of 800 to 1100 ° C is favorable for the joint under some weak displacement. Maintaining a seal and forming a reliable intermediate spacer layer between the fused-zirconia corundum paving tiles containing the same glass phase, can effectively prevent the foamed glass from infiltrating between the paving brick and the lining, and avoid "upward drilling" erosion. Extend the life of the pool bottom.
